This city location is unbeatable! Tucked away near the peaceful Akers river, you'll never feel too far from the heart of things. the surrounding area is brimming with tasty restaurants and late-night haunts, plus a supermarket right around the corner. And lucky you! No need to worry about transport as it's just a relaxing walk down to the city center. the room was spacious and modern, and the staff was so helpful. No wonder you feel right at home!
A minor inconvenience was the lack of a dark curtain in the room.

Nice, spacious brand-new apartment. Very good appliances( I didn't have a chance to use all of them), very responsive personnel. It's a good deal for a family.
No sun-blocking curtains or blinds. The apartment was sun-drenched (I suspect that was the idea), but in late June it meant that my infant couldn't sleep at all and made all of us quite miserable. I think it is a must given the latitude. Even adults, who are not used to white nights, cannot sleep easily, but children's schedule is completely messed up.

I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was great, just 3 bus stops away from the central station. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were very helpful with a request I made to make my trip more special. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and even a washing machine. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, which was handy for preparing meals. The flat-screen TV and the outdoor dining area added to the overall comfort and convenience of the room.
I would highly recommend this place to families.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was clean and was an excellent alternative to eating out. There are several grocery stores and markets nearby that make it easy to find food. The room was clean and comfortable. There was also a small washing machine, which could have been very useful if we had not just arrived with all clean clothes.
It was more difficult than it needed to be to get checked in the first day. The front gate says to call a number, but since we were traveling, we didn't have phones to call, so we had to find a phone to borrow in the surrounding neighborhood. A buzzer system or something would be nice. The apartment is a little small.

We stayed in a nice but very small one-room apartment. The kitchen had all basic equipment but we could have used an oven. The bathroom was nice and rather spacious compared to the size of the apartment. The location is rather close to the centre and there is a bus stop not far from the apartment.
You could see that the apartment had been cleaned but in my opinion it needed a more thorough cleaning and so did the entrance area/elevator which was a bit gross.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and nice towels. The location was easily accessible by public transport and there were some decent shops nearby. , the price was competitive compared to other options in the city.
The room could get uncomfortably warm and there was no way to cool it down. The instructions and access code for the apartment were only sent the day before arrival, which might have been inconvenient for some guests.

Good location - 10 minute walk from Oslo central station, supermarket 30 seconds from front door. Quiet, clean and staff very helpful. Spacious apartment, well equipped.
Pillows poor - but that's a Norwegian thing rather than specific to these apartments.

The hotel is very good located, not in the best part of Grünerlokka but its everything around the corner. You have a supermarkt next door and the river nearby.
The apartment wasn't cleaned before we arrived. There was dust on each shelf, but the furniture was nearly new, so it wan't a big problem for us.
